Pushing myself to write this post because I've been procrastinating enough after back from holiday. If anyone ask who needs more holiday, I will put my hands and legs up!

Well anyway, I'm going to review my first matte lipstick. Yes I say it once again, my FIRST matte lipstick that I got from Kak Nindy (www.thesilvertreasure.com) when I won her giveaway.
So as you can see this matte lipstick has been buried deep under my lipstick stash for a while, that I can review it just about now.


Prior joining Kak Nindy giveaway, I had read her review about this matte lipstick on her blog. Knowing it has a good review, made me excited to joining hers.

I chose shade no. 11 Matte Caliente because it has orange tone under that red color.
Actually I dared myself choosing this color, because I never have red lipstick at that time so I picked one that has orange tone to soften the look.


Packaging is made from clear plastic with no box when it sent to me.
The bottom of the tube has the same color as the lipstick, so it's really easy to compare with other shade.

The shade number is only attached as a sticker right on the tube cap. So when you accidentally lost it, there's no telling which shade it is.
Packaging size is fine, but a bit slimmer would be better.


The surface of the bullet is flat and angled. Angled is fine, but flat..... hmm, not too fine.
Need some effort and a bit careful when applying to the corner of the lips since it tends to end up drawing outside the lip line.

Even if it's matte lipstick, it's not drying my lips.
I don't need to apply lipbalm first when I wear this lipstick.
It doesn't feel chalky too and has a nice pigmentation and coverage.
Smells powdery and not sticky.

Jordana is a drugstore beauty product , which means it has affordable price.
With quality like that, what's not to love?
