I am on my mission to lose weight by controlling my calorie intake per day, and I am trying to be more serious this time. Finger crossed!

Lately, my legs quite get tired more easily than they used to be. Well, it can be because I am gaining weight or I am just getting old. LOL.

Being serious losing weight is never easy. All those snacks, cakes, fries, chickens will get more tempting by each day.

But, having desired body goals also can be achieved easier and quicker by wearing common shapewear you can find in the market, where maybe they have wholesale body shapers where you can get a more affordable price.

Body shapers (or some called as body suits) are garments that commonly used to give your body a better shape without putting too much pressure. Usually body shapers don't have boning, rather they are made from stretchy-fit material that can hold those flabby sides enough but still feel nice.

Another way to achieve your body goals is none other and mostly acknowledge is to workout.

And as I surf the net, I learn that there is this kind of garment that can help to burn more calories or fat around your core, and it is called waist trainer. It works by heating up your core temperature, so in that way it helps your body to burn the fat in your belly.

Honestly, I still need to learn more about that burning more fat stuff before I hit wholesale waist trainers with logo of any store.

Well, as far as I learn there is one thing that I am sure of how waist trainers works.

It helps to support your back and keeps your body in its proper posture. The steel boning of the waist trainer helps it to maintain its original shape so it can supports your body well and nicely. Extra result, it gives an hourglass body silhouette upon wearing.

Lasly, another way to achieve your body goal with less effort (compare to doing workouts) but needs more cash to do it, is plastic surgery.

Despite it is being the "shortcut" to get the desired body goals, the post-surgery is another story.

The bleeding, the post-op treatment, the meds, the struggle of doing normal activity.

But those things were only during the recovery process. After fully recovered, everything is back to normal.

And around this time, I learned about a garment that is recommended to be worn after you have a plastic surgery, like BBL (Brazilian Butt Lifting) or liposuction, it is called Faja.

According to some articles, Faja is common around American Latin, and plastic surgery doctors suggest their patients to wear faja after having surgery.

There are 3 stages of faja: stage 1, stage 2, and stage 3 faja

It should be worn in sequence for a certain period of time for each stage because the higher the number, means more fit and tight the garment to your body.

For now, I choose workout option and calories intake control, and having a nice shapewear won't hurt either.

That's all for now.

See you on the next post~
